Project Management: Building Project Management into spreadsheets and Gantt charts, critical events, key stages, outputs, schedule of Deliverables and Milestones, risk appraisal, staffing structures etc.
Monitoring and Evaluation: Designing Monitoring and Evaluation systems for internal and external project control of projects to give early warning of any potential problems.
