Our Project Management Consultancy experience includes:

Management of grant–funded projects is a time consuming process, particularly if there are several project partners. Project management is an eligible sub–contract in many programmes.

We can support you with the development of projects to satisfy the relevant programme's rules and regulations including: project planning, business planning, financial management, strategic and operational planning, transnational arrangements and monitoring & evaluation.

We can assist with the management and administrative tasks for running grant–funded projects, to leave you free to concentrate on the technical side.

• Undertaking the administration and management of independent or collaborative projects, including the preparation of interim and final reports and claims.
• We will assist with the monitoring and evaluation of projects to give early warning of any potential problems.
• Providing project management and co–ordination of UK and European Union funded projects.
• Advising on business planning, strategic and operational planning and tendering issues.
• Designing monitoring and evaluation systems for internal and external project controls.
• Development of Exploitation and Dissemination of Information Strategies
