Monitoring and Evaluation

Management of grant–funded projects is a time consuming process, particularly if there are several project partners.
Project management is an eligible sub–contract in many programmes.
We can assist with the management and administrative tasks for running grant–funded projects, to leave you free to concentrate on the technical side.
We can support you with the development of projects to satisfy the relevant programme's rules and regulations, including the monitoring and evaluation of projects to give early warning of any potential problems:
Monitoring and Evaluation for projects in development:
- Design monitoring and evaluation systems for internal and external project controls.
- Monitoring of project outcomes: deliverables and milestones to ensure they reach the application outcomes.
- Drafting Progress Reports to the funders' Monitoring Team criteria and deadlines.
- Drafting Interim and Final Reports to the funders' Monitoring Team criteria and deadlines.
Evaluation Studies:
In addition to our monitoring and evaluation work with clients' project developments, we have undertaken evaluation studies of their current and/ or completed projects:
- Formative evaluations: e.g. evaluation of the process involved in awarding research funding, analysis of results, and making recommendations regarding future similar research funding competitions
- Interim evaluations: e.g. evaluation of a regional support project, comparing it against other, similar initiatives, analysis of results, and making recommendations regarding possible future support.
- Summative evaluations: e.g. evaluation of completed EU funded projects, including focus groups with beneficiaries, analysis of results, and making recommendations regarding actual achievement against original and interim forecast targets
